- Vietnam Veteran (1970)
- Nationally and internationally recognized composer and performer, with symphonic works performed internationally, including "Buffalo Soldiers", commissioned by the West Point Academy for their bi-centennial in 2004 and Syphony For The Sons of Nam.
- BA (Berklee College of Music), MA in Human Resources (Webster University)
- Associate Professor Columbia College Chicago, Music Department
- Produced and recorded four CD's of original symphonic and jazz compositions
- Served as Executive Director of the National Vietnam Veterans Art Museum 2003-2004
- Co-founder and member of the Lt. Dan Band with actor/musician Gary Sinise
- 2007 Fulbright Specialist award recipient

 

CAROL WILLIAMS - Vice president/Treasurer (www.carolwilliamsmusic.com)
- Veteran US Army (1978-1985)
- Associates Degree (Berklee College of Music), MA Music (Northeastern Illinois University), BA Psychology (St Martins College), BSN (University of IL at Chicago)
- Partner and collaborator with the "Kimotion" big band, Little Beck Music label, symphonic works composed by Kimo, the "Lt. Dan Band", and other USVAP projects.
- Recorded four CDs of original music, with current radio play on dozens of Folk and Independent stations throughout the US.
- Presently works as a staff nurse in the Emergency Department of a Chicago hospital
- Host of Chicago Access Network cable TV show “Veterans Issues” from 2010-2013

- Senior Assistant to the Executive Office, World Trade Center Institute of Maryland
- Extensive experience in interpreting and translation; has worked with the U.S. Department of State, the White House, the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam, the Office of International Criminal Justice, and USVAP
